I want another colour cap to have more make-up options, which one is meant for me?
Oh, how we love an EXTRA GLOW & having more options to work with! The Colour Quiz at GLOW TIPS page will give you an EXTRA GLOW recommendation, here are more fun tips to consider:
If you are a Warm Glow & love the sunkissed vibe, go for Brown Contour.
If you are a Caramel Glow, get a Blush highlight for a different colour glow.
If you are a Toasty Glow & want a bit more colour, go for Blush Contour.
If you are a Cool Glow/Cocoa Glow/Rosy Glow, go for Gold Highlight for evenings.
Young girls look fab in Gold highlight or Blush Highlight, get both!
How do I clean my brushes?
Luckily you don’t ever mix colour with your brushes, however it still needs to be cleaned to remove bacteria & product build-up on your brushes. Our Brush Cleaner was made specifically for these brushes. It conditions with coconut oil while it cleanses. Wash one side at a time & allow to dry before washing the other side's brush.
How long will the colour caps last?
The contour lasts 2-4 months & the highlighter 4-6 months - depending on how much you layer your application. Pro tip: when your product gets low: order 2 contours & 1 highlight. This should roughly last the same time. And you will also qualify for free delivery!
How do I get the most out of my colour cap when it starts to get low?
Great question! As soon as you see the aluminum base of the pan, order a new one! Keep the low one unattached to your EasyGlow unit & finish as is. The nature of the magnetic closure may cause the last bit to crack & fall out. Use your new cap when travelling & finish the unattached cap at home.
OOPS, I DROPPED MY EASYGLOW. CAN I STILL USE MY CRACKED MAKE-UP CAP?
Yes! We understand... life happens. Keep the cracked make-up cap unattached to your EasyGlow unit & finish as is. The nature of the magnetic closure may cause the last bit to crack further & fall out. Order a new one to use whilst travelling & finish the unattached cap at home.
Are the brushes cruelty-free?
Yes, we wouldn’t have it any other way! They are dermatologically tested & hypoallergenic. Rest assured that you have the best synthetic brush out there, mimicking a natural brush’s performance perfectly.
Are the powders vegan, talc-free & cruelty-free?
Yes, yes & yes! Nothing less should ever be applied on your skin.
What are the shipping costs & times?
Free delivery for orders over R650. R75 flat rate below that. Please allow up to 5 working days for deliveries.
Can I return my product if I change my mind?
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer a store credit. Please note, your product must be unused & returned within 14 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any used/open products due to hygienic reasons.
How do I return a damaged or faulty product?
We are so sorry this happened & will sort it out asap! Please report any damaged/faulty products within 3 days of receiving your order to get your replacement.
